ABSOLUTE GAME CHANGER! I found JuvaBun online and was nervous to try it. The first one I ordered was the messy bun. It EXCEEDED my expectations. I had utilized customer service to help me choose a color to match and it was perfect. What I loved most was that I immediately heard back from a real person. I’ve been using ALL of their products since. They are SIMPLE to use and have upped my hair game. I can’t say enough good about the products or company. Definitely a RAVING FAN!
Absolutely the best customer service. I have bought several ponytail pieces. I had to exchange one color and item was lost in mail but they replaced it for me no cost. Great customer service! Highly recommend! Will always be a juva bun customer

I purchased the "messy bun" extension and I absolutely love it.
It's simple to attach and stays in place all day. It matches my hair color perfectly and have had many compliments on my hairstyle.
I recently purchased a messy bun and a pony tail from JuvaBun. They arrived a week ago from two different destinations. I love the pony tail but the messy bun is the wrong color. they do not offer the same hair colors for their different products. I've tried to contact JuvaBun via email and their "reply here" spot four times now and I still have not received a response. I searched for a phone number and 213-785-3213 only gives me music. I thought I was perhaps on hold but still the music played. I like their products but I'm surprised the customer service is nonexistent.

I absolutely love my juvabun. I love how when you purchase one you can get a 2nd one on sale for like $11 or $12 bucks. Dont quote me but they are so affordable. I will not go without one. I have the thinnest hair. So my bun without it makes me feel like popeye's gf Olive oil. I believe that's her name. I just hate my hair. I always have but these juvabuns are so awesome. I take it to the salon and she even dyes my hair to keep it matching my bun. I have always been jealous of my sister for having thick hair lol well not anymore. Thank you Juvabun!

I received it very quickly and it is adorable. The first one was a little too big for my thin hair, so I gave it to a friend who loved it. I then ordered the smaller one and it stayed in all day. Wore it to the gym and on a 3 mile walk. It didn't budge.
I have 6 pcs of these buns, both messy and straight buns and I love to use them a lot especially when mom and I go grocery shopping. The customer service is also great and easy to deal with.
I received my order quickly and the product came in perfect condition. I had my stylist color my hair to math (walnut.) Unfortunately I have been sick and haven't worn it yet but I'm looking forward to it! I'm not disappointed in the product I received but now I'd like to order the 12" clip in but it doesn't come in the same color. I'm going to try to match the highlighted shage so I'm hoping it looks OK. All the hairpieces should come in the same color selection for easier ordering.
The small bun is great is just the right size and color is perfect!.. I also ordered the small pony tail and I find that not so great, the clip is to small. You would have to have a very small and little pony to clip on to.
